Onu’s team features let you collaborate with colleagues, track meeting insights, and analyze team dynamics within shared workspaces.

Setting Up a Workspace

  1. In the app, navigate to Teams > Create Workspace.
  2. Name your workspace (e.g., “Project Alpha”).
  3. Invite team members via email or link.
  4. Assign roles (e.g., Admin, Member).

Using Teams

  • Meeting Insights: Record meetings with “Hey Onu, Start Recording” to get transcripts and action items.
  • Team Dynamics: View reports on communication trends (e.g., dominant speakers).
  • Shared Data: Access mood graphs and action items in the workspace.

Business Rules

  • All team members must consent to recording.
  • Admins control data access and retention.

Tip: Use workspaces to keep personal and team data separate for better organization.
